Most SAP implementations are documentation-centric driving standardized processes that create a reliance on informal business processes and differences between organizations and instances. Every business strives to be unique, requiring heavy process customization for all but a very few, commodity processes making it difficult to invoke change, migrate to future releases and provide adequate real-time visibility.
